☆ Where do you ship to?

We ship internationally! Please get in touch if your country is not listed for delivery, we would be happy to arrange one for you!

☆ What are your shipping rates like?

We offer free shipping across Thailand!

International shipping rates are calculated based on your location and will show upon checkout. Estimate shipping rates to Europe, UK, America, Australia etc. is $12-$15 per parcel, while rates in Asia is estimated $8-$10 per parcel. 

☆ What are your order processing and shipping times like?

Our play kits are made to order and ready for dispatch 1-2 days from our studio in Bangkok, Thailand. You can expect your kit to arrive within hours or the next day in Bangkok, or 1-2 days to other parts of Thailand.

International delivery times are estimated to take 3-5 days from dispatch, while other locations may range from 6-12 days to enable us to offer the lowest shipping rate possible.

☆ What happens when I make an order while the store is away on holiday?

We announce our store is away on holiday on our banner located at the top of our website. Your order will get dispatched when we're back in the studio (normally at a stated date for your reference). Your patience and understanding is much appreciated!

☆ What happens if there is an issue with my delivery?

Although unfortunate, parcels are known to sometimes get tampered with during immigration checks. Please let us know immediately with the following pictures in order for us to file a complaint and issue a refund. Refund requests attached with the following listed below will only qualify for a refund.

  1. The name of the missing/damaged item(s) and the quantity, along with pictures of items.
  2. Pictures of received items and package.
  3. Pictures of the parcel when opened, showing all sides, and a clear picture of the front of the parcel with the export document stickers visible.
  4. Pictures of the inner packaging.
