☆ Can I return my order?
Due to being a small business creating products as ordered, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if there is any issue with your order, simply reach out to us via email or chat so we can make it right.
☆ What happens if there is an issue with my delivery?
Although unfortunate, parcels are known to sometimes get tampered with during immigration checks. Please let us know immediately with the following pictures in order for us to file a complaint and issue a refund. Refund requests attached with the following listed below will only qualify for a refund.
- The name of the missing/damaged item(s) and the quantity, along with pictures of items.
- Pictures of received items and package.
- Pictures of the parcel when opened, showing all sides, and a clear picture of the front of the parcel with the export document stickers visible.
- Pictures of the inner packaging.
