☆ How long will the playdough, dried chickpeas and kinetic sand last?

Playdough lasts 4-6 months due to its natural properties. After play, keep dough in kit and baggy provided, or stored in an airtight container in a cool dry place.

If playdough develops salt crystals, knead dough until crystals disappear. If necessary, add a little water, vegetable or baby oil to restore dough's moisture. 

Dried chickpeas can last up to 3 years, while kinetic sand can last indefinitely if stored properly in a dry environment.

☆ What ingredients do you use in your playdough?

Our dough is non-toxic, chemical free and completely kid safe. Homemade with flour, water, salt, vegetable oil, cream of tartar, food-grade colouring and lightly scented with a hint of cherry, our dough is not edible due to high salt content and is not gluten-free. 

☆ What age do you recommend for your products?

Our kits are recommended for ages 3+ years and up, due to very small parts.

Some children are very comfortable handling tiny pieces, while others may need more guidance. Adult supervision is always advised with small children.

Our kits are also a great kickstarter for aspiring miniature world hobbyists, applying to a range of ages and anyone with interests in scene design, set architecture, aquascaping for aquariums and landscape styling for potted plants and terrariums, craft and sensory play.

☆ How big are your human figurines?

We use 3 types of scale (in bold in the diagram below) which we indicate in each kit product description.













☆ What's the best way to set it all up?

Any table surface is great but for a mess free environment, we recommend working on a serving tray, baking tray or placemat to create a defined area of play and easy clean-up.
